The work purpose - the analysis and development of actions for improvement and optimization of systems of planning and management of transport city, regional and industrial transport and logistic systems. Research methods - the system analysis, natural inspections, probability theory and mathematical statistics, the factorial analysis, the correlation and regression analysis, methods of the theory of complex networks, methods of discrete optimization, statistical and imitating computer modeling. In research work it is analysed real-life transport, transport and production and transport and logistic systems of transportation of goods and passengers. On the basis of the carried-out structural and logic, statistical, logistic analysis methods, models and design procedures and optimization of the local and integrated transport processes of transportations of passengers in the cities, transport service of technological processes of the industrial enterprises, processes and control systems and regulation of traffic, an assessment of an ecological component of transport systems and their influence on health of the person and environment are developed. Practical recommendations about service improvement of quality to consumers of transport production, introduction of progressive transport technologies at the industrial enterprises, efficiency of regulation of traffic in the cities are developed.
