The subject of research is development of socialization potential of economy of regions of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization and modern integration processes. Theoretical and methodological principles of level and potential of socialization of economy were analysed, the organizationally-methodical scheme of determination of level of socialization of economy of a region, which contains principles of realization of strategy on the basis of the balanced system of social indexes (SSI) and choice of priorities of social transformations, taking into account interests of basic target groups : population, business and power, was offered. On results work recommendations were worked out in relation to priority directions of increase of potential of socialization of Zaporizhzhya region in the conditions of realization of European integration strategy of Ukraine.
