The aim of work consists of research of national priorities in tourism through the analysis of world tendencies. Research methods are a statistical analysis of development of tourist sphere. Modern progress of international tourist market trends, possibilities of Internet-technologies, are investigational in development of турпродукта, the collaboration of КСБ is educed with the subjects of tourism. In the second division the problems of safety are analysed in the field of tourism. The system of marketing of tourist services, general indexes of pricing, is considered in tourism, mechanisms over of forming of economic security are brought in a tourist sector and economic security of tourism is reasonable in Ukraine. In the third division control system is analysed by a personnel on tourist enterprises, a management is considered by the enterprises of hotel economy in the period of globalization, individual plans of development of personnel and way of perfection of activity of tourist enterprises. The results of NSW are inculcated in an educational process, a collective monograph is given to printing, dissertations are protected.
