Object of work - actual values determination of characteristics for conformance assessment of prototype car models to the technical assignment and normative documentation. Experimental researches results for passenger cars models 61-7061, 61-7062, 61-7063, 61-7064, 61-7065 and passenger train consisting of 9 cars are given in the report for assessing their conformity to normative the requirements of normative documents: - determination of actual values of technical characteristics during preliminary stationary and train tests of passenger car model 61-7065; - static strength tests against vertical and longitudinal loads and loads, appearing during repairs and maintenance of prototype models, impact tests; - running dynamic and running strength properties of prototype models; - tests for determination of vibration characteristics, riding quality and first proper frequency of car bodies flexural vibrations for prototype models; - wheel weighing of prototype models; - on determination of the possibility for clearance negotiation and curves of a short radius; - on determination of the lighting index, ergonomics and indoor equipment safety; - on determination of car bodies and undercar electrical equipment box water-resisting properties; - on determination of the fire hazard of passenger saloons; - on fire and electrical safety, traffic safety; - electrotechnical characteristics; - electromagnetic compatibility with signaling and communication devices; - heat engineering characteristics; - noise and infrasound parameters. Researches carried out according to a methodology and branch standards, worked out by GP "UkrNIIV" and approved in established order. Research work results are used for solving a question concerning launching day trains of interregional traffic models 61-7061, 617062, 617063, 61-7064, 61-7065 into manufacture. Prognostic assumptions concerning object of study - mastering series manufacture of domestic competitive day trains of interregional traffic and their operation on Ukrainian railways, including period of Euro 2012.
