We established that sensitivity of vaginal ultrasonography with dopplerometry is 70,3% for benign ovarian neoplasms and 91,3% for tumor-like formations of the ovaries. Low level of CD-markers and phagocytic cells had specific features for each type of tumor than it was for those who had tumor-like ovarian formations. Intensity of intratumoral penetration by CD-markers correlates with the level of CD-markers in blood. The use of the worked out algorithm of the differential diagnostic for benign tumors and tumor-like formations of ovaries will give possibility to choose the most suitable treatment method and help to avoid unnecessary and inadequate operations. Also it will give a chance to avoid repeated operations after inaccurate diagnostic during a preoperative stage. Clinical efficiency of introduced pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence surgical management tactics was analyzed. Its use contributed to the improvement of the early and distant results of treatment, reduced the complication frequency and improved quality of life of patients with pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence combination.
