L., Registration Date 26-11-2012 Organization Odessa State Medical Universitu popup.description2 We have examined of 360 patients with chronic hepatitis C, the patients are divided into following groups: group 1 - 90 patients with minimal activity of hepatitis, group 2 - 90 patients with weakly activity of hepatitis, group 3 - 90 patients with moderate activity of hepatitis, group 4 - 90 patients with severe activity of hepatitis. 35 patients with chronic herpetic infection were examined too. Indices of LP and AOS are studied in the patients with chronic hepatitis C. We determined, that disbalance in LP/AOS plays the main role in mechanisms of hepatocytes' destruction and progressing of liver inflammatory process. Such changes are reason to develop of fibrosis or cirrhosis in liver tissue. Decreasing of - and -interferonproduction lymphocytes function is established in chronic hepatitis C. Production' peculiarities of IL-1 , IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, TNF, TGF- 1, IL-1Ra, IL-4 and IL-10 in the patients with chronic hepatitis C were shown. Changes in subpopulational of lymphocytes structure together with interferonogenesis insufficiency and changes in cytokines system lead to immunodeficient state in the patients with chronic hepatitis C. State of interferonogenesis and level of some cytokines are studied in herpetic infection.
