Age and sex characteristics of clinical subgroups were analyzed, the degree of clinical manifestations of gout was assessed according to the SF-36 questionnaire. Plasma lipids, uric acid levels, CRP, sialic acid, fibrinogen, blood NO metabolites (dissolved NO2-, NO3-), NO-synthetase, the concentration of fon Willebrand factor, endothelin-1, interleukin-1? were checked, ECG, daily blood pressure monitoring, ultrasound evaluation of endothelium-mediated and nitroglycerin-induced vasodilatation of brachial were evaluated. Analysis of the patients of group 1 showed that the level of fibrinogen correlated significantly with the stage of hypertension, but not with its degree (r = 0,63; p <0,05), no correlation between INR and the stage and degree of hypertension was found. Levels of total cholesterol and LDL showed a positive weak trend with fibrinogen (r = 0,14; p> 0,1), and HDL showed moderate strength positive trend with INR (r = 0,45; p> 0 , 1) and a weak negative correlation with fibrinogen (r = -0,1; p> 0,1).
