The subject of research - study of neuropharmacological activity of novel derivatives of 1,4-benzodiazepines and PABP. Methods of research - pharmacological, pathophysiological, statistical. In presented work it is found low toxicity and presence of sedative activity in 3-amino- and 3-arilidensubstituted derivatives of 1,4 - benzodiazepine - 2-ones. It is established an anticonvulsant activity in peptidamidobenzophenone derivative (PABPhD) upon the development of drug-resistant form of kindling syndrome. The effective dosage (ED50) of PABPhD in conditions of acute seizers are calculated. The maintenance of anticonvulsant efficiency of PABPhD upon postponed kindled seizures have been established. Behavioral disturbance in kindled rats have been abolished succesfully by PABPhD, and this effect was observed in grater range of dosages (0,15-1,5 mg/kg, i.p.) than diazepam. It was shown that PABPhD caused the increase of the high-frequency beta and gama bandwidth bioelectric oscillations power in frontal brain cortex.
