Intramyocardial stem cell transplantation was performed using the navigation system NOGA.XP. Assessing the impact of stem cells on the contractile function of the myocardium was performed using ECG, ehocardioscopy and the electromechanical re-mapping. Analysis of the results showed that this procedure is safe and effective. Left ventricular ejection fraction in patients of the first group increased an average of 8 ± 3% (p <0.05), EDV decreased by 70 ± 9 ml (p <0.05).
