All the patients were hospitalized in the cardiology Department of the Regional medical center of the city Odessa. Revealed significant differences average level of lipids in the different age groups. So the concentration of HDL cholesterol was estimated at 0.11 mmol/l (9,1%) is higher for older people than in the subgroup of the younger ones, at the same time, the average calculated concentration of LDL cholesterol in young persons to 0,41 mmol/l (11,2%) more than at the patients of the age, that is, young people are more sensitive to disturbances in lipid metabolism. It is shown that the long-term course of the disease (more than 10 years) lipid metabolism in patients with ischemic heart disease of the young age acquires the features of fat metabolism that are typical for older people - reliably increased levels of OCS and LDL cholesterol, which can lead to the acceleration of development of atherosclerosis processes. It was found out, that the violations lipid transport system in patients with type 2 diabetes are more pronounced than in patients with ischemic heart disease, judging by the higher rates of AAB, K.S-lipoproteins, on the background of a low level of atherogeneity index, which can be viewed as compensatory changes in the levels of lipid transport system.
