Methods of cytological specimens producing, which are planning to be discovered by molecular-genetic methods, were modified. On the extraction stage it was proposed to use physiological solution instead of acetic acid and special appliance - thermoshaker. Such modifications increase the amount of extracted nuclei-containing cells from subject-carrier. Also for the person's identification we developed the algorithm of complex forensic-medical examination of biological microtraces, which are detected on the material evidences. Such algorithm is based on the combined application of serological, cytological and molecular-genetic methods. Application of this algorithm minimizes the loss of nuclei-containing cells on the stages of cytological and molecular-genetic researches and increases the quality of forensic-medical molecular-genetic identifying research.
