At research of emocional status on the indexes of hospital scale of alarm and depression (HADS) in 87,5 % registered presence of anxious, in 89,3 % depressed experiencing. At 55,4 % patients anxious, and in 51,8 % the depressed symptoms were clinically meaningful. Weight of the depressed experiencing had a tendency to the change toward a womanish contingent; women predominated in the cases of heavy anxious simptoms (R < 0,05). Clinically a meaningful alarm and depression correlated with duration of flow of posttraumatic epilepsy, on the average through 6,7 and 8,0 years after the origin of illness. Anxious and depressed symptoms was more frequent accompanied simpatic vegetativ tonus (52,0 % and 63,3 % accordingly). The presence of vegetative is registered at frequent epileptic paroxysm (75,0 %) with predominance on the type of "panicky attacks", especially at the depressed stratifications.
