It is shown firstly that rats during the pilocarpin-induced epileptic activity interictal period demonstrate nonconvulsive behavioural impairments such as emotional, stereotypic, aggressive-defensive behaviour expression decreasing, swimming behaviour passive adaptive elements number increasing together with rats difficulties to swith their swimming behaviour on active-adaptive elements. One could see the prevalence of the neuroleptic components in the posture-tonic behavioural reactions. The new therapeutic approaches that increase temporal epilepsy treatment efficacy and prophylaxis are going to be performed.
