A study of incidence of 16 SNP associated with susceptibility to breast cancer in patients with adenocarcinoma of the breast cancer compared with women who do not have malignant breast disease revealed 4 SNP with the most pronounced tendency to risk of breast cancer. Rs 3,803,662 (TOX3), Rs 2981582 (FGFR2), Rs 4,973,768 (SLC4A7) and Rs 889,312 (MAP3K1). Frequency of Rs 4973768 (SLC4A7) was significantly higher in patients with breast cancer than in healthy women. The frequency of the other three polymorphisms close to true values. The relative risk (RR) for SNP 3803662,, Rs889312, Rs4973768 and Rs 2,981,582 is 1.78, 1.68, 1.4 and 1.34 respectively. Thus polymorphisms in genes TOX3, TGFR2, SLC4A7, MAP3K1 may be used for genotyping of susceptibility to breast cancer.
