The purpose of research effort is to develop a new tunable filters constructing approach with enhanced functionality. In the research effort the tunable resonators sensitivity theory method and experimental research method was used. The experimental samples of filters, which outperforms the best world analogues created: the filter loss is reduced by 1.8 times (from 9 dB to 5 dB), the tuning band extended from 56% to 70%, operating power increased from 1 mW to 40 mW , the bandwidth is reduced to 2.5 times from 4% to 1.6%. The results can be applied in the design and production of a broadband communications new generation. The significance of research consists in the new results that point the way to further development of tunable filters .
