The object of the study: the blood of cattle. Methods: ultrafiltration, biochemical, clinical, spectrophotometric and light microscopy. Results: the chosen mode of freezing and thawing of blood samples, which could provide the most complete destruction of the cellular elements. With sequential filtration through membranes with different pore sizes obtained three subfractions from the blood of dairy calves. The content of dry matter in each of the subfractions was determined. Innovation, efficiency of implementation: the experimental data on getting out of the cattle blood biologically active substances of given molecular weight was obtained and calculated their dosage for further experiments. The results can be used to develop methods for the preparation of pharmaceutical products based on fractions of the blood and other tissues of animals, particularly cattle.
