Research aim was to create experimental models of immobilized cells and methods of assessing their preservation rate. Research methods: cell culturing; deriving fibroblasts, light, luminescent, confocal microscopy; MTT assay, adsorption of cell markers on sorbents. For performing the experiments there was used programmable freezer of objects; inverted, biological, laser scanning microscopes, centrifuge. There were created experimental models of preparations of the microorganisms immobilized on sorbents and gels, SPEV cells - in methyl cellulose gel. The estimation methods of their preservation were developed. Efficiency of the introduction into practice, branch. The obtained results will be used when designing the preparations of immobilized probiotics and cell preparations to treat burns and defects of skin of various genesis.
