The analysis of the phenomena of absorption, dispersion and admission of polarization light through a multicomponent environment on the example of suspension of cellulose was conducted. An optical model for description of the phenomenon of depolarization of light is offered, that is observed in cellulose suspenzsion. The coefficient of depolarization and his dependence on a kind and technology of treatment of fibres of cellulose was certain. The experimental new optical prototyping of measuring of concentration of cellulose system in a range was developed (0,1 -1.5)% for the technological control. The autonomous variant of measuring device of low concentrations of fibres for the decision of ecological task - monitoring of concentration of fibres in sewages of industrial enterprises of cellulose-paper and other industries was offered.
