Advanced designs of profiled aluminum heat pipes and selective coating have been developed, fabricated, and studied; mathematical model with nonlinear boundary conditions for heat pipes temperature fields has been worked out; working solar collector prototypes made of the developed aluminum heat pipes have been produced, and their performances while the operation as a core of solar water heating plant were investigated.
