The objective of the research is a monitoring of modern machinery and technologies that are used at the construction, reconstruction and repair of motor roads of Ukraine and the development of resource cost estimate norms with the subsequent their introduction in the departmental normative cost estimate collections of SOU 45.2-00018112-035:2010 "Resource and cost estimate norms of road building machines and mechanisms operation". The research method is acquisition of requests and proposals from road organizations, revision of scientific and technical literature, normative documents and guidelines, technical and technological documents on road building machinery, time-checking observation, and fulfillment of calculations. Basing on the research results, the following documents were developed: 1. Amendment Nr.4 to SOU 45.2-00018112-034:2008. 2. Amendment Nr.2 to SOU 45.2-00018112-035:2010.
