For the first time the methodical basis is developed for calculation of the acoustic thermometer and its experimental check is spent. For the first time the effect of the space filterings radiations by quarter wave layers is revealed. The original design of the piezoelectric receiver of acoustical radiation of a body of the person which together with circuit designs of a reinforcement and detecting of a weak noise signal, allows to apply the device to functional early diagnostic, including long monitoring of chest children from the date of their birth is developed. Application allows to measure deep-seated body temperature of the person in a design of an elliptic lens by a monofrequent and single-channel method. Unlike a multispectral method which is used at analogues, frequency can be chosen low that provides considerably a deep water of measurement of temperature. The original circuit design of electronic switching the receiver which allows to expel the block of the mechanical modulator which is used at analogues from the circuit design of the acoustic thermometer is developed. It does possible measurement of deep-seated body temperature of the person in real time. The model sample dynamic single-channel of the acoustic thermometer is developed and tried in vitro.
