Analysis of the characteristics and mechanisms of the level of genetic variability in populations of pigs (Sus Scrofa) against human impact using a selection-dependent and selection-neutral DNA markers has been the goal of our work. We have used methods such as laboratory research, mathematical and statistical analysis of gene polymorphism. . When analyzing swine populations against ESR locus of the areas most affected by the Chernobyl accident in 1986 (Chernihiv, Gomel and Bryansk region) it was found that some of them are characterized by an increased frequency of allele B. This may be due to the increase in resistance animals to the various factors of anthropogenic pressure, as this allele is associated with increased multiple pregnancy. In addition, they are characterized by extreme changes in frequency of alleles Q and q gene IGF2. Here are more common in the swine population genetic equilibrium state of excitement, which is manifested in a significant deficit of heterozygotes and reduce their level of genetic diversity. For all the swine populations of MS-DNA loci and characteristic effects of past negative demographic processes, and, above all, the effect of bottleneck. It manifests itself in the reduction of heterozygosity at a larger number of loci studied, than would be expected, if the balances between the process of mutation and genetic drift. According to our calculations, the effective number of the populations studied pigs is about a third of the census total population (Ne / N = 0, 336) in a big way from 0.058 to 0.621.
