Basic results: the analysis of the systems of the existent system of preparation of specialists is conducted on questions of safety of vital functions and civil defence in higher educational establishments of Ukraine, problem questions are educed in relation to maintenance of education in the above-mentioned industry, state requirements are worked out to maintenance of preparation of specialists on questions of safety of vital functions and civil defence in higher educational establishments of Ukraine: ISHE of preparation of master's degree and model programs from SVA and CD; introduction of ISHE and model programs in practice of activity of higher educational establishments.
