The consequence of inefficient fuel and energy resources' consumption of these complexes is the high energy intensity, which causes the reduction the competitiveness of the national economy and its low energy efficiency. These facts threaten the well-being of society, the prospects for Ukraine's development on the basis of balance and form a threat to national security of the state. There were suggested recommendations for optimization development processes, promotion of renewable energy and alternative fuels, fundamental changes of energy efficiency improvement.
