Compounds with new heterocyclic ensemble which are perspective for biological activity screening were obtained. Regio- and stereoselectivity of cyclization was studied. A new reagents for preparation of heterocycles based on arylation reactions of furan, thiophene and pyrrole derivatives were developed. Functionalized arylpyrroles, arylfuranes, arylthiophenes were used in molecular design of polycyclic compounds. Obtained functionalized 5-arylpyrroles, 5-arylthiophenes and 5-arylfuranes were tested as building blocks in molecular design of nitrogen-containing heterocycles (thiazole, thiadiazine, oxazine, triazole, triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole).
