For the modeling materials of nuclear energy were choosen different brands of granites. Measurement of the uranium content in the extracts was carried out by X-ray diffraction-free analyzer CRAB - 3UM and optical spectrophotometer SF - 2000, which were calibrated to the target material. An example of sample preparation and analysis of the extract on the uranium content are presented. Experimentally established that under certain pressure and temperature with increasing amounts of added water extraction efficiency increases and reaches the maximum value. Experimentally determined value of the highest extraction efficiency at a pressure of SC-CO2 10 MPa and a temperature of 40 ? C is of the order of 96%. Theoretically, based on the proposed dual-level model, it is found that the maximum of the extraction efficiency is achieved for the amount of water, fully associated with a complex of uranium. This amount corresponds to its solubility limit in the SC - CO2. From the model it was shown that the maximum efficiency of extraction of uranium is of the order of 96%.
