Influence of alloying elements are carbon, chromium, manganese, aluminium, titanium, silicon; smelting and casting technology were studied. The effect of microalloying and modifying processes (boron, antimony, niobium, cerium, yttrium, lanthanum) on the full range of alloy properties was established. Economically alloyed and reliable in exploitation alloys of s with special properties on the base of iron were developed. Casting and mechanical properties and performance of these alloys, structure formation processes in the castings manufactured in different ways of casting were defined. Optimum content of chemical elements in alloys was established. Technological processes of production of high-quality castings from proposed alloys in different ways of casting were developed.
