It does not correspond to the today's demands and restrains to a considerable degree the sweet cherries fruits growing in the Ukraine. Therefore the purpose of the project is the elaboration of the new National Standart of Ukraine for fresh sweet cherries. It is to regulate the grown fruits quality and ensure the production of high quality products in the necessary amount at the level of the world's standards demands to this crop.
