The aim of the investigation - the elaboration of the synthesis method of a new types of calixаrеnes and thiacalixаrеnes, and their derivatives - receptors for the recognition and binding of organic substrates in solutions. The methods of the investigation - оrganic synthesis, high-performance liquid chromatography, roentgen structurel analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance, molecular modelling. The analytical characteristics of the conformations of the derivatives of calixarenes and thiacalix[4]arene have been established. Physical-chemical properties, conformation, molecular and crystal structure of the substances synthesized and their supramolecular complexes with bio active substrates in solutions have been studied by high-performance liquid chromatography, molecular modeling, nuclear magnetic resonance and roentgen structural method. The binding constants of the supramolecular complexes of calixarene and thiacalix[4]arene derivatives with organic substrates in solutins were calculated.
