It was shown that irradiation with light leads to the recovery of neurotransmitters biological activity. This finding makes possible to use the synthesized derivatives in the study of the role of neurotransmitters in the cell. Also new compounds on the base of coumarine and pyrimidine were synthesized, their photolytical abilities were studied after the irradiation with 365nm.
