The goal of dissertation research is theoretical and methodological base of scientific foundations and elaboration of practical recommendations as for innovation developing of agrarian sector in Ukraine economy for its competitive advantages increasing in global economical space. Scientific and special methods: semantically - logical, system of generalization, analysis and synthesis, grouping methods, sociological methods, method of cluster analysis, method of imitating modeling, hierarchical system and abstracted - logical methods. Practical meaning of received results and scientific researches which are formulated and based in dissertation work give us an opportunity to raise the results of innovation developing in agrarian sector of Ukraine economy on micro -, mezzo - and macro levels in conditions of its highly competitive outdoor global environment. Scientific novelty of received results consists of theoretical, methodological and practical methods of approach to the formation of developing system of agrarian sector in Ukraine economy which are directed to increase its competitiveness.
