The mentioned developments will solve a number of important issues of science and constitutional law, in particular to improve its conceptual-categorical system, the structure of constitutional law, its basic principles and industry, institutions, due its components in other fields of law and legislation, which has important importance for the establishment of the theoretical foundations of constitutional and legal reform in Ukraine.
