Objective: The study of foreign laws and legislation of Ukraine, including international treaties of Ukraine, which regulates the relations connected with security and protection of intellectual property, which may be provided for use or created during the implementation of scientific and technical cooperation and the implementation of agreements pursuant to research or experimental design and technological works, preparation of recommendations for reflection on intellectual property agreements on scientific and technical cooperation and agreements for scientific research or experimental design and technological work. During the study used general scientific and special techniques, in particular, used techniques such as dialectical, comparative legal, logical and semantic, dogma-law, formal law, the method of complex analysis. Results: Recommendations in relation to the reflection of questions of intellectual property in agreements about a scientific and technical collaboration and agreements on implementation of research or doslidno-konstruktorskikh and technological works; Recommendations in relation to the guard of confidential information on enterprises, establishments, organizations.
