This analysis phase is aimed at conducting empiric research on shaping professionally important qualities in cadets and students of fire technical higher educational institution during training on the material of the Academy of Fire Safety named after Chernobyl Heroes by Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. Research Methods For diagnosis of cognitive professionally important qualities "Logic thinking" and "Word labyrinth" techniques were used; administrative professionally important qualities were determined by "Communicative and administerial abilities" techniques (V.V. Syniavs'ky and V.A. Fedoryshyn); motivational qualities studies were conducted using techniques "Diagnosis of social and psychological sets of personality in the sphere of motivations and needs" in O.F. Potiomkina's modification; "Diagnosis of personality in motivations for success" (T.Elers); cognitive professionally important qualities were researched by techniques "Direct (short-term) visual memory for figures" (M.S.Korol'chuk), "Short-term aural memory" (G.M.Hilova), "Long-term memory" (M.S.Korol'chuk), "Shulte's black and red table" in modification of Maryshchuk, Sysojev, "Correction test with letters" (Burdon - Anfimov). Research of emotional qualities and endurance and stamina was conducted on the basis of techniques "Personal scale of anxiety display", "Will self-control" by A.G. Zver'kov, E.V. Eidman, "Diagnosis of readiness level to risk" by Shubert; research of physical qualities was conducted on the basis of technique "Determining statical muscules endurance" in M.V.Makarenko's modification, practicing "1000-m race". Research results are represented in the form of description of system and structure of professionally important qualities of personnel's activities of Rescue Service Civil Protection Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. Main sphere of applying the results obtained is professional training of Ministry of Emergencies' personnel.
