We found correlation between glomerular and tubular injury and clinical parameters of glomerulonephritis and propensity to glomerulonephritis for antigens I and II class of HLA. Increase of IL-17 more than 20pg/ml and VEGF more than 80 pg/ml are the risk factors of unsatisfactory answer to immunosupresive therapy of glomerulonephritis whereas decrease of MCP-1 (p=0.022), TGF (p=0.039) and VEGF (p<0.001) are additional markers of positive prognosis of treatment.
