The urine level of lizocyme, lactoferrin , SLIPE in patients with chronic pyelonephritis was increased with decreased levels of sIgA of urine and vagina. Level of SLIPI, endotoxine antibody and LPS-sIgA in saliva were increased too. We find dependence between pro-, antiinflammatory cytokines, renospecific enzymes and characteristic of oxidative stress.
