The methods of investigation are the experimental, clinical, biochemical, statistic. The role of antimicrobic function of liver in physiology and pathology of organs and tissues of oral cavity was studied. The disorder of the state of oral microbiocenosis with the development of inflammatory-dystrophic processes like stomatitis, gingivitis and periodontitis were determined under clinical conditions and at experimental simulation of hepatitis. The combined simulation of hepatitis and disbiosis causes the pathologic changes in periodontium and oral mucous membrane, intensifies the development of carious process and gingival tissue resorption. The treatment and preventive effect of prebiotics and hepatoprotectors with prebiotic effect was determined. The prebiotic characteristics of bioflavonoid hepatoprotectors were found for the first time. The hepatoprotective characteristics of such stomatotropic preparations as "Biotrit" (of wheat germs), "Extravin" (of grapes husks), "Katomas" (stabilized solution of ?-tocopherol и ?-carotene in soy oil) were determined and substantiated. Synergism of hepatoprotective and stomatoprotective effectiveness of bioflavonoids and prebiotics was noticed. Stomatoprotective characteristics of prebiotics: inulin, quercethin, lecithin containing preparations, Biotrit, Biocorn, Extravin, Katomas and Ksenon-katomas, displayed simultaneously to 3 simulations of toxic hepatitis were studied. On the grounds of experimental studies the inclusion of hepatoprotectors (quercethin, lecithin, inulin, Biotrit, Katomas) into complex of prevention and treatment of diseases of tissues of periodontium, oral mucous membranes and caries in patients with hepatobiliary pathology was recommended. Hepatoprotective and stomatotropic characteristics of the preparation "Quertulin" (contains bioflavonoid quercethin and prebiotic inulin) and hepatoprotective characteristics of the preparation "Ksenon-katomas" were studied. The formulae of new dentifrice waters "Vinogradnyj" (Grapes) and "Granatovyj" (Pomegranate) were elaborated and approved for application.
