Obtained values were considerably lower then one's indexes revealed in 1970-80-s that does not allow consider commercial objects of the Ukrainian economic area restored, foremost, the bottom resources (phyllophora, mussels, Black Sea turbot and sturgeon fishes). Fishery in the nearest years will base on the small pelagic fishes (anchovy, Black Sea horse mackerel) and also Black Sea grey mullet and Red mullet. The conditions for optimal use of marine areas for mussel cultivation and mechanisms of influence of mussel farms on the marine environment were determined, the methods for obtaining of live food for marine fish were improved, the cultivation technique of commercial valuable microalgae and technology for producing organic fertilizer from fish processing waste were optimized. 2632 methane seeps were registered in the Black Sea north western region, 629 seeps were registered in the Black Sea Kerchensko-Tamansky region; hysogramms of the stream gas emissions distributions along the depth and height were designed. The stated volumes of the methane bottom discharge in the Black Sea north western region are 18.9 10-6m3/year, including 0.41 10-6m3/year (2.2%) comes into the atmosphere), and (5.81 10-6m3/year and 0.014 10-6 m3/year (0.3%) in the Kerchensko-Tamansky region. It was stated that integral dissipation of the gas seeps energy in the Dnieperpaleo-delta region can be compared with the turbulent energy dissipation specific velocity, which makes 10-6 - 10-7 Vt m-3 on the order of magnitudes. Comparison of the ATF concentration and chlorophyll "a" in the microplankton at the site in the Black Sea north western part and at the cuts along the Crimean Black Sea coast has shown, that Crimean coastal zone is undergoing less considerable effect of eutrophication, than the Black Sea western region. Level of correlation connections between eutrophic zone durability on the one hand and average indices of the bioluminescence intensity and turbidity at the daytime on the other hand testify to the fact that the more is bioluminescence field intensity, the less is the depth of the eutrophic zone.
