The methods of investigation: cyclic voltammetry, X-Ray analysis, magnetic measurements. Electrochemical properties of obtained compounds were studied by the cyclic voltammetry. It was shown that a structurally simple modification tetradentate opened-chain ligands contained a donor junction {2N(amide), 2N(oxime),}which came from the substitution of two amide groups into two hydrazide function, lead to a significant increasing of stabilization copper(III) in mono- and polynuclear complexes. Also was found that a change of redox potential metal and variation of its coordination environment can be use as controls of redox potential for polynuclear complexes. Studies of electrochemical behavior of [Ni(Pydoh)]•Н2О•DMSO and [Ni4(НPydoh)(Pydoh-H)2(H2O)]ClO4·2H2O confirmed the presence of a stabilized Ni(III). A small values of redox potentials for Ni3+/2+ transition of reported complexes makes their to be an attractive materials for redox dependent catalytic transformations. It was shown that a strong antiferromagnetic interaction were observed for complexes contained oxime function (-2J = 332 - 632 сm-1) that realized between a doubly cis-oximato-bridged copper(II) ions. The correlations between a structural, electrochemical properties of studied complexes were established.
