The significant number of variable stars was found in the cluster and its neighborhood. Basing on the 2007 active phase of AX Per investigation, the radius of the giant (Rг=155 Ro) and the size of eclipsing component (Rе=27 Ro ) were defined. First in the new binary system VSX J052807.9 + 725606 = USNO-B1.0 1629-0064825 on a base of BVR photometry the parameters of the "hot spot" were defined. The "hot spot" is caused by the direct impact of accretion stream and atmosphere of the star-accretor. The new rows of dwarf novae ER UMa, SDSS J1227, SDSS J0804, OT 0038, 1RXS J1845, 1RXS J1842 observations are obtained. The 2008 observations of V1108 Her revealed that this system is a dwarf nova with grazing eclipse of accretion disc by a late component which is with high probability the brown dwarf.
