Study of phytoextractional ability and features of heavy metals translocation in the "soil-plant" system at Hemerocallis lilioasphodelus and H. middendorffii showed that the last had most phytoextractional ability in relation to compounds of iron, cadmium, copper, zinc and lead and their entering to plants takes a place on free-barrier character (coefficient of translocation > 2,0). Only for nickel there is a powerful barrier even on conditions of contamination (coefficient of translocation <0,1). For Achillea submillefolium mobility of lead and nickel in the "root-leaf" system is limited, that is confirmed not only absolute maintenance of elements but also expected factor of their translocation. The use of impulses of Ti:Sapphire laser results in the increase of seeds germination of relict types of magnolias from 15 to 85% and instrumental in considerable stimulation of seedlings growth.
