The main purpose is State property use efficiency improvement. Research object is financial and statistical data reporting, indexes, obtained by generally accepted methods, related to maintenance and saving of State assets. Study method is analysis of present techniques, classifying of decrees issued from Economics Department, monitoring of Finance Ministry accounting and financial control documents, processing of State enterprises activities documents. At works implementation next issues have been done: work technology developed of automated calculations mode, unified conception of manually made mode of data accumulation and storage of different indexes, received from organizations, that works in internet technologies, using calculation and accounting criteria of generalized reports. Analytical dependence identification, that exists between indexes and developed forms and programs of accumulation, summarization, updating and withdrawal of indexes, in order to generalize the obtained data.
