This report is presents also the analysis methods of designing and manufacturing of MMICs with use fabless method using the manufacturer's foundry - the factory of chips with the necessary technology. The methodology involves five phases of designing, manufacturing and testing prototypes MMICs. Reducing the cost of manufacturing prototype MMICs is achieved by running a multi-project wafer (MPW).
