The non-linear magnetotransport in such systems is investigated in presence of microwave irradiation. Also the influence of microwave radiation on the Hall resistivity of two-dimensional electron systems is considered. The temperature dependence of electron mobility in heterostructures with coupled quantum wells, one of which contains the impurity delta-layer, has been investigated experimentally. The electron transport under lateral electric field has been investigated in the heterostructures with quantum wells and selectively doped barriers.
