A number of new universal effects are discovered such as "traps" effects, the levels "rearrangement" effects and others. It is established that the Efimov effect is present only within the area of the diagram of stability where all of the three pairs of particles interactions are resonant. For the interaction potentials in the form of delta-functions, it is proved that the repulsive delta-interaction does not shift the energy spectra and does not make any influence on scattering. New nucleon-nucleon potentials are proposed, and a concordant description of all the main few-nucleon characteristics is given. Specific structure characteristics of the three- and four-clucter nuclei are found using the proposed models of interaction between clusters. All the main structure functions of these nuclei are studied systematically, and their form factors and momentum distributions are predicted. For the three-particle Coulomb systems, complete diagrams of stability and the energy spectra are found for a number of realistic small atomic and molecular systems. Powerful optimization schemes for variational methods are created for studying the quantum systems of a few particles with high and controlled accuracy. The generalized commutation relations are introduced for the operators of the coordinate and momentum of different particles, and corresponding wave equations are formulated. A hybrid method with the use of complex scaling is proposed in the theory of the nuclear systems scattering. The optical model is developed for the scattering of the carbon isotopes by the oxygen nuclei at various energies. Relativistic corrections are obtained for the system of two particles with Coulomb interaction.
