Subject of research - arguments of hydrodynamic treating of a bubble-point steep bench coal before its baring. Methods of research - mine experiment. As a result of hydrodynamic treating of an intense steep bench coal l4n - "Devjatka" the calculated minimum quantity of coal has been extracted at opening cross-section in rough 21,6 m2 - 18 t. The calculated minimum quantity of coal has been gained at a hydrodynamic bed stimulation through the well №2 which have got to a band of local stress concentration. Other wells were in a discharge zone. Established fact of absence of a formation pressure of methane on test pressure gauges in four mutually perpendicular directions on all stretch of hydrodynamic affecting through wells owing to natural degasification of a bench coal through fractures in rocky cork as a result of a shut-down of mining operations in working face in 2006 and the close location of working face of southern crosscut to a seam on a perpendicular (length of rocky cork Less than3m). By results of mine experiment rational parameters of hydrodynamic treating of a bench coal in the absence of a formation pressure of methane are instituted and possibility of discharging of an intense massive from a geostatic pressure in a place of baring by a development cross-section not from above 21,4 м2 in passing by hydrodynamic affecting through one well in diameter of 150 mm, drilled in development centre, with parameters is erected: a water injection pressure more major or equal 10 MPa, a residual pressure at downthrow 4-5 MPa.
