Purpose - selection of the most requested documents for their further processing and accommodation in reading rooms with free access. Research methods -- comparison, programming and statistical analysis. A system for control and accounting of users was installed, based on the results of this software and hardware developed module attendance statistics agencies. Modernized automated circulation module was implemented in certain subdivisions library. Based on the results of this module the first list of requested documents was formed. The image-directory was developed. The results of research were implemented in the work of the Library, access control system was installed in the main building and department of periodicals as well as circulation module -- in customer service department. A selection of future information requests will allow to get a proper selection of the documents requested for their future processing and accommodation in rooms with free access.
