Purpose of researches are the formation and implementation of medical and biological monitoring of athletes of Ukraine to the Olympics, Youth Olympics, international sports events that promote good recovery and enhance performance of athletes and wrap them in major competitions. Methods: the analysis and generalization of the scientific, methodological literature, theoretical generalization of the working experience, biological methods. Design and implementation in practice of integrated control system adapted to the specific conditions of a particular sport, allowed to equip coaches with necessary information and on this basis to individualize the training process. The results of scientific work have allowed identifying promising athletes with back-up capabilities for successful performance at the Games XXX Olympic.
