Methods of studies - modeling object and processes in field stationary experience, statistical, grouping data, accounting-constructive, method ecological-economic and energy analysis, balance method, formalization. It Is Installed that on greater area of the land-use farming facilities crop rotation organizations to ploughed fields is complicated continuous земельными transformation, different organizing-legal status of the lands, short and sloppy period of the lease, absence to territorial wholeness array. In consequence of reinforcement of the influence of the market conjuncture to principal activities farming facilities became the production highly profitable and highliquidity corn and technical cultures (mainly wheat, barley, sunflower), which do not require the significant technological expenses. This has brought about breach optimum-ecological structure of agricultural lands that together with high mastering the land, deficit organic and mineral fertilizers created the negative balance of humus in ground. Coming from specified conditions and on the grounds of experimental studies are motivated conceptual positions to organizations structured element crop rotation for farming facilities: type - field, type - grain fallow ploughed-in fields (for erosion dangerous lands with culture raised groundprotection by ability), amount by flap - 5, length rotation - 5 years, specialization - growing grain and sunflower. For reception best result on complex economic-economic, energy and ecological features is recommended keep the following crop rotation of the structure in 5-course grain fallow ploughed-in fields crop rotation: black vapor - 20%, grain cultures - 60 %, including winter wheat 20-40 %, sunflower - not greater 20 % (at condition growing on special technology for short-term crop rotation). The mineral fertilizers contribute for reception undeficit balance of humus in dose not below 60 kgs/ga nitrogen and phosphorus on the whole crop rotation area, but deficit of the organic fertilizers to cover plowing side product to account.
