Ivachiv above the Ternopil city on the Seret River , I), and from the cooling pond of Khmelnitsky NPP (N) were analysed. The inhibition of antioxidant system in spring, oxidative stress in summer and autumn for B-and N-groups of mollusks were determined. The lowest levels of cytotoxicity was found in the I-group in spring and summer, the highest level of nuclear abnomalities in the hemocytes - in B-(permanently) and N-(spring and autumn) groups were shown. The highest level of contamination by heavy metals according to MTs level in the gills - on the autumn in N -group, which agrees with the analysis of water. The neurotoxicity of environment were expressed most prominent in the summer of I-group and in autumn in N-group.
